To Summarize: 1) Expensive taxi, 2) more reasonable van, 3) NJ Transit train, 4) NJ bus 551, the latter two requiring a vehicle transfer to get the airport itself. Here is the Atlantic City train line to Philadelphia: You get to 10th Street and then get the Airport train down in the SEPTA Jefferson Regional Rail Station right there. Here is another cheap and pretty frequent, but somewhat slow, way to Philadelphia (It takes 90 minutes). Alternatively, you can take a bus from Philadelphia Airport (PHL) to Pennsylvania Convention Center via Broad St & Snyder Av - MBNS, Broad St & Snyder Av, and Broad St & Race St in around 1h 11m. Tickets cost 0 - 7 and the journey takes 29 min. Or you could take the Atlantic City train to 30th St Station as everyone has said. SEPTA operates a train from Airport Terminal A to Jefferson Station twice daily.
